The Ventura 20: A Modern Tribute to Classic Americana
The Ventura 20 is a charming, modern nod to 20th-century America. The combos that were wildly popular in the 1950s and 1960s in the United States and beyond had small wattages and were powered by a 6V6 power amplifier. This brand-new Ventura follows in those footsteps. The 1x12” combo features a classic ‘Two-Tone’ vinyl look and is built with Baltic birch construction. A feast for the eyes, but what about the technical specs?
This 20-watt combo is equipped with a Koch 12 VG12-60 speaker and two channels that share a passive 3-way tone control. This allows you to adjust the bass, mid, and treble tones to your preference. Switching between channels is easy with the included footswitch.

The clean channel is bright and light in tone, with a spanky mid-range and full low-end, making it an excellent match for your pedal collection. The distortion channel is an experience in itself: its thick, saturated tones let you choose between a rich bluesy sound and a medium-gain rock tone.

The 6V6 tubes in this power amp deliver a very balanced EQ response with smooth, clear overtones and a powerful bass. And if you like to shape your sound even further, you can use the reverb tank or the serial buffered FX loop to connect your favorite effect pedals. In short, with the Ventura, you can expect a wide range of tonal possibilities!
