This SR has an Ash body in the color Black Stained Burst. The neck is made of Jatoba & Walnut with a Rosewood fretboard.

What is new is the Ibanez Custom Electronics 3-band EQ. A simple, straightforward, no-nonsense EQ control. The Boost and Cut for the Mid Control are each centered on slightly different frequencies, an innovation that delivers a preset range of the most favorable bass tones. This gives you precise tone control, including the option to select passive operation via a switch. When the EQ is activated, the treble tone control knob becomes the global tone control for the passive circuit.
