Once again an amazing Teambuilt “Mayfield Pro” in our shop and this time in an amazing Amber Transparent high polish. This amber finish already looked great on the teambuilt Panthera that we have in our showroom, so a Mayfield had to be added as well.
 
It is always exciting when a new guitar arrives from Framus.
Do we immediately fall in love, do we start drooling, or do we become jealous of the new owner?
 
The model actually needs no explanation anymore because who doesn't recognize the model? Recognizable by the lateral "wings" formed by the two "cutouts" and the two violin style f-holes in the hollow chambers. Years later, numerous variations and other models based on the design of this legendary model have been released.
 
Framus more than does the model justice. The specifications, the build quality, the finish, but ultimately the sound, the feel, etc. is what makes the difference.
 
We don't really know where to start. The triple A flamed maple top and back with solid maple sides, the maple neck, the rosewood fingerboard, of course again with Invisble fretwork (ITF) and spot fretwork, the original Seymour Duncan pickups, SSH-1N in the neck and the SSH- 4 in bridge,.
