Andy Timmons obviously needs no introduction. But did you know that in addition to his great musical work, he also produces beautiful guitars with Ibanez?
 
The AT10P evolved from the AT100CL, which is an exact replica of the model that Timmons always uses on stage. To make this original model accessible to a wider audience, Ibanez and Timmons have launched the slightly cheaper AT10P, with slightly different specs.
 
The maple neck and alder body radiate pure quality, exactly what you would expect from an Ibanez Premium artist model. The maple fretboard with black dot inlay has also been treated with Premium Edge Treatment. The pickups are the same as the AT100CL and you should try these signature pickups from Timmons: a full-size AT-1 humbucker at the bridge and single-coil Cruiser pickups in the middle position and the neck.
 
The biggest differences from Timmons' own guitar are the tuners and the Wilkinson WV6-SB bridge. The latter ensures a smooth whammy action and a very stable tuning.
